A little bit about me...

This has been floating around blogland, so I thought I better join in on the fun!
AGE: 29…the big 3-0 hits later this year. I kind of want to do something fun with friends…more on that later
BED SIZE: King. Chris and I upgraded as part of our wedding present. You would think with a king I would have a decent amount of room, but no, the dogs still find their way to my space.

CHORE YOU HATE: Cleaning the shower or the bathtub.

DOGS: 2 yorkies – Oscar and Kirby. We also refer to them as the monkeys because they act and look like monkeys (in our crazy opinion)
ESSENTIAL START TO YOUR DAY: a glass of cold water

FAVORITE COLOR: This is a tough one…I go through phases. Right now I’m really digging teal

GOLD OR SILVER: Silver all the way, but lately I’ve been on the edge of buying a new watch and I really like the look of rose gold.

HEIGHT: 5’6

INSTRUMENTS YOU PLAY: I took piano lessons when I was younger, but my mom made me quit since I never practiced and she was tired of paying for lessons that I didn’t care about. Then I started playing the clarinet on 5th grade up until 11th grade. I decided I didn’t want to be in band anymore so I quit on the 2nd day of 11th grade.

JOB TITLE: Accountant 2…super exciting, I know

KIDS: Our little Bailey bear!

LIVE: In a house in Savage, MN

MARRIED: My best friend on Dec 6, 2009 in Captiva Island, FL
NICKNAMES: Chris is the only one who has nicknames for me. They include mama and BJ (kind of a joke, but it’s my initials Becky Jean)

OVERNIGHT HOSPITAL STAYS: just when little miss Bailey was born

PET PEEVE: I have a lot of them…we’ll start with crappy drivers (slow, no turn signals, riding you’re a$$, people that weave in and out of traffic – especially on the way back from the cabin), the toilet cover being left up, throwing away food in our fridge/freezer, and my co-worker who consistently talks to herself (and we can all hear her)

QUOTE: “When the cats away the mice will play”…um, my boss isn’t here today and I am not being very productive. In my defense, nobody else is working too hard either and I don’t have much to do. My work will transition back to me Feb 1 and then I will be very busy, I’m sure.
RIGHTY OR LEFTY: Righty. I feel like I could lose my left hand and nobody would be affected by it…except for typing on the keyboard and driving and holding Bailey…I guess I’ll keep it around for now

SIBLINGS: 1 brother who is 4 years older than me and lives in my hometown Minot, ND so we don’t see too much of each other (sadly)
TIME YOU WAKE UP: 5am to get Bailey fed and myself off to work by 6.

UNIVERSITY ATTENDED: I went to MSU-Mankato for 3 years and then finished up my degree at Metro State in St Paul. Funny story is that Chris went to both of these universities and we graduated Metro at the same time (we won’t mention the age difference…pretty sure he has a doctorate degree in something)

VEGGIES YOU DISLIKE: I don’t like big slices of tomatoes, but they’re starting to grow on me lately. I don’t like radishes either but pretty much everything else is fair game

WHAT MAKES YOU RUN LATE: currently it’s Bailey. We have to plan to leave 15 minutes earlier than necessary just to adjust for any last minute scramblings

X-RAYS YOU'VE HAD: Dental is all

YUMM FOOD: hmmm, nachos nachos and nachos. Really though, I like a lot of different stuff. Chinese, Mexican, seafood, Itallian…I’m not too picky of an eater

ZOO FAVORITE ANIMAL: monkeys and penguins. I could watch both all day long!

How it all went down

This post has been in the works for a while...

Some of you may not find this post too interesting. It will be lengthy and probably not have a ton of pics. I promise it won't be too graphic!
So my due date was November 18. From the beginning of my pregnancy I tried to not let that day get too stuck in my head for when baby will be here. I was pretty sure the date was accurate since I was tracking my cycles and we were trying to get pregnant -  Bailey was no accident :) I know a lot of pregnancies, especially first pregnancies, go past their due date so it's not in my personality to add unneeded stress to my life like concentrating on a date.

Sorry for the horrid picture!

Tuesday, November 13 I had started feeling a few very light contractions later that night. I was excited and hopeful that this meant it was almost time for baby to arrive! I only got about 2-3 hours of sleep that night. I was just thinking about the baby coming and I couldn't get it out of my head that it was almost time.

Wednesday, November 14 when I woke up I didn't feel any contractions but honestly didn't feel like going to work. I just was nervous that I could start going into labor while at work and it really freaked me out, not to mention the lack of sleep. I called my boss and told her that I had felt the contractions the night before and was going to stay home. No problem and she wished me luck and told me to keep moving to help with labor. Chris debated going to work that day, but I told him to go since I hadn't felt anything by the time he left at 10:30. He constantly was checking in with me to which I had to report nothing was going on. That afternoon, I went for a 1.84 mile walk outside. I went later in the afternoon so when I walked by our neighborhood's school bus stop all of the moms saw a 9 month preggo lady walking in mid-November I'm pretty sure they knew what I was up to :)
Bailey's first kisses from the monkeys!
This pic was taken about a week before I had Bailey. Yep, I got stretch marks (and still have them).  I hope someday they will go away or at least fade, but for now they're just a little reminder of the journey I went on :) Also, sorry about the crazy bra...that's all they had at Target and the girls needed a new home, if you know what I'm sayin'
I had my regularly-scheduled weekly doctor's appt at 4 that day (Wednesday, Nov 14). Chris went with me and I told the doctor that I had some concerns for preeclampsia (I almost went in the weekend before due to my high bp levels, seeing spots (visually) and feeling a little light-headed). She did the regular check-up (tummy check and listened to the heartbeat), then she asked if I wanted my membranes stripped and I said yes. She had me check in upstairs in labor and delivery so they could monitor me and Bailey and take blood for testing. Chris and I sat in a room from 5-7 that night while they monitored me and everything came back fine. I felt kind of dumb like I was imagining things and I really didn't want to go back to work the next day. We headed over to Chipotle for dinner and our friends Pete & Megan were there so we sat and had dinner with them. Megan's due in Feb so it was a lot of baby talk :) We got home just after 8 and watched a TV show or two. I went to bed at 9 and fell asleep pretty quickly dreading my wake-up for work the next morning. Chris was downstairs (2 levels down) watching the Timberwolves game.

I woke up at 10pm feeling pretty groggy. Looked at the clock and all of a sudden there was water gushing out of me. I was a little scared/shocked/elated! I quickly grabbed my cellphone and called Chris to tell him the good news that my water broke! He was excited and came running upstairs. I made my way to the bathroom to try and let the water drain out of me. Seriously, so much freaking water! Like, I had no clue there would be that much water. We scurried around and grabbed all of the extra crap we were hauling to the hospital with us. We left for the hospital around 11 that night. I felt so terrible leaving Oscar and Kirby there in the middle of the night (I turned a couple lights on for them). We had asked Chris's mom to watch them while we were at the hospital, but didn't really want to call her at 11pm to come get them so we decided they would be fine until the morning and we would call her then to let her know the situation.

When we got to the hospital, we got all checked in and made our way upstairs to labor and delivery (where we were just a few hours earlier). Chris pushed me up in a wheelchair since I was still leaking water and my contractions were in full effect. I had no idea what contractions would feel like. Watching the videos for our classes we took, I remember commenting to Chris that all of the women looked so miserable in them. Ok, I get it now. They hurt - bad! I feel that I'm pretty tolerable to pain, but not that much pain!

Our first nurse, Deb, was so incredibly nice. If I could request a nurse for all of my friends/family it would be her. We were in the triage room for about an hour-hour and a half while she updated my paperwork from before. While I was in there, I was having quite a few contractions and feeling very uncomfortable. I even started puking while having contractions - yuck! I probably puked about 10-12 times through my whole labor process. Puking up my extra spicy Chipotle dinner was not fun! I chose spicy to try and induce labor - good/bad choice :)
Nurse Deb and me
Then we moved to our spacious delivery room. I was still having my contractions about every 5 minutes which meant that I would wake up every 5ish minutes so I was getting no sleep (and neither was Chris). The contractions kept getting worse and I was in a lot of pain with no sleep. The nurse offered to give me another round of a pain med (not an epidural) and asked if I wanted to try the birthing ball. I got out of bed and gave it a shot, but honestly I felt like I was in more pain once I got on the ball. I told her I wanted the epidural at that point. I was dilated to 5cm when I got my epidural so I made it half ways there :)

My epidural went amazingly well. Nurse Deb stood in front of me holding my hands while the guy administering it was behind me. I hardly felt a thing and it took really, really well. Shortly after my epidural Deb's shift was over and we met our new nurse Kari, who was also such a nice lady. It was weird once I got the epidural, I just kind of sat in the bed and waited for things to progress. Kari would continually check on us and we got some rest. Finally, she decided to see how far dilated I was for the first time since I got the epidural and I had dilated all the way to 10 which shocked all of us. She said it was time to get ready to start pushing and she called my doctor (who was at home still) to see if she wanted to come in for the delivery. She did end up coming in and delivering Bailey (which I was happy she was able to!).
Nurse Kari and me

I just remember the whole time I was in active labor (pushing) that my "focal point" was the TV on the wall. I don't quite remember what was on (I think the news or a morning show of some sort) but I felt weird watching TV while giving birth to my daughter. Chris didn't have intentions of watching the birth (and I didn't blame him or care either way, really) but he ended up taking my one leg (the right one) and saw the whole thing take place. I asked him after everything was done if we was happy that he had watched it and he said he was and that the experience was something he would never forget. I remember during and after each time I pushed how much support/cheering/chanting nurse Kari, Chris and my doctor were doing, which was so encouraging during the whole process.

I was lucky and literally felt nothing at all. I was completely numb and could feel the contractions, but no pain. I could just feel pressure from her coming down (such a weird feeling). I tore just a little bit so the doctor had to do some stitches when I was done.

Once Bailey was out, it was a huge weight of emotions letting go all at once. I couldn't even talk for about 2 minutes because I knew I was just going to burst into tears and be a babbling mess of words. It was such a precious moment in time that Chris and I will never forget. He has a video from when she came out (side view so you don't see my business) and me seeing her for the first time and getting her cleaned up and skin to skin and the height/weight check. I love watching it and it brings me back to that morning.
Me and Bailey doing skin to skin right after birth

Chris and I got to sit in the room for a while after I was all stitched and all of the documents had been filled out. He did some skin to skin with Bailey which was so fun to witness his pure joy! After about an hour or so, they had to move us to a different room where we would be for the next 2 days (booooo!). I still couldn't feel my legs from the epidural so they had to lift me into a wheel chair. It took about 2-3 hours for my epidural to completely wear off. We had some family visit us later that day and on Friday we didn't have any visitors, just family time to recover and try to get some rest which was much needed!

The recovery - I feel like I recovered from the delivery very well. My pain level was so low from the get go. I had more pain in my back from the stupid hospital bed than I had from birthing Bailey. I was able to move around very well when we got home, which was a good thing since Chris was very busy with work. I have officially made it back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I will say my weight in numbers is there, but my body is not. I have some work to do in the toning department and honestly wouldn't mind losing a few extra pounds :) I'm not putting pressure on myself, I just want to be happy and if that means carrying a few extra pounds (that I'd like to lose) for a while, than so be it.

Hope you enjoyed reading if you made it all the way through, haha!

This weekend I...

Linking up with Syndal & Sar for 'This Weekend I...'

This weekend I met up with my friend Sarah on Friday night for dinner at Macaroni Grill. I have only eaten there a couple of times, but OMG it was good! Yum, yum! I brought Bailey with since Chris was working and she was good pretty much the whole time. Sarah is due June 28 and I am so excited to throw her a baby shower in May! We hammered out a few of the details and will know more when she finds out the gender next month, so excited for her and her hubby!

Sarah and Bailey at Macaroni Grill
This weekend Bailey got the cutest little boots from Sarah as a late Christmas present. I couldn’t wait to get them on her little feet and she wore them on Saturday too. So adorable!
So stinkin cute!
This weekend we went to Bailey’s daycare provider’s place on Saturday morning. Each time we meet up with her I feel more confident that she is the best choice for Bailey. She has 4 kids (12, 7, 3 and 15 months) and all of them were there on Saturday. The 2 oldest asked if they could hold Bailey and the youngest was so interested in her. I can tell their family is so loving and it makes me feel good that Bailey gets to be around them and have them loving on her all day long.
This weekend we went to Chipotle after the daycare lady’s house and had lunch. I got the salad and it was so delish! My friend Megan introduced me to the salad this summer and I’m so happy she did – yum!
This weekend I got my workout on! I did Zumba (on PS3), ran a mile on the ‘mill and some crunches/sit-ups on Saturday. On Sunday, I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. I’m really feeling that one today – yowza!

I used to be so much better at the moves than I am now, I guess I need to do the video/game more often!
This weekend I made a Valentine’s Day tutu for Bailey. I can’t wait to dress her up in it! I’m such a dork and love dressing her up in tutus and bows. I’m pretty sure I’m scarring her for life by doing this, but she just looks so dang cute – I can’t help it!
The tutu is complete, I just don't have a completed picture and hubby is probably still sleeping otherwise I would request him to send a pic
This weekend I gave Bailey a bath all on my own (first time). I decided to take some cute pics of her before her bath in her little robe and slippers to send to dad…well, I took too long and Bailey peed on her robe and the changing pad. I thought my little pep talk before hand about it being a bad time to potty would work but I guess not! Little stinker!

Look how happy I am cuz I'm peeing and you don't know it :)
This weekend I got pretty good sleep at night. Bailey did really well with sleeping, we just need to get her going to sleep earlier in the night. Saturday was her best night and she slept for 9 hours! I couldn’t believe it. Hopefully she will get better about going down for the evening and Chris can figure out a method to get her to sleep. Always room for improvement J

This weekend I loved on my little peanut all 3 days! She is so much fun to be around and from what I hear, it only gets better as they get older. I can’t wait!

Please note her little hand grasping my arm. Chris and I love when she does this!
I hope you had a great weekend! I’m not liking the roads today! I made it to work good, but almost turned around due to the glare ice on one of the roadways, yuck!

Day 3 of Daddy Daycare

Today marks day 3 of my return to work and Daddy Daycare. It’s been quite a transition from what I’ve been up to the past 2 months, but I feel like it’s been a relatively easy transition back. I was pretty skeptical and hesitant on wanting to come back. I love (most of) my co-workers and the place that I work. Do I feel like what I do is my true calling in life? Nope, not really but for right now it’s what I have and is a safe bet to pay our bills each month. I thought that maybe I could figure out something that I would truly enjoy doing while I had time off, but then I had to care for Bailey and lost time/desire to do much else J
I’m so happy for our little family that Chris has this opportunity to spend the days with Bailey while I’m at work. His main job (he has like 5 different jobs) is running his own landscape (curbing) business in the summer. So until March he will be watching Bailey Mon-Thurs and I have Fridays off from work. This will be such a fun time for him to really bond with Bailey. I think overall he will have so much fun with her, but I know there will be difficult times too. I’ll miss my fun days with her, but know that we have bills to pay and want a great future for our family - so I must work.
Here are some pics that Chris has sent me the past couple days...
From day 1, I think they were having some fun and she loves Fran the fan (we're clever with names)

From day 2, Kirby LOVES cuddling up with her

This is exactly what I pictured their days being filled with :)

Kirby and Bailey...Kirby has pjs on since it's so freakin' cold out

In case anyone is wondering, Oscar is around in these pics but he's a little LOT camera shy. He hates it and he's also very independent and doesn't snuggle with Bailey as much as Kirby. So don't think we don't love Oscar, he just keeps to himself sometimes ;)

Anyways, as you can tell by the above pics Bailey is in great hands while I'm working. I have a ton of pics on my desktop at work to keep me smiling through the day. I love that little stinker!

I also hope that I can catch up on blogging! I've been reading blogs on my phone while feeding her, but don't have the patience to type a comment up on the phone #purelaziness

2 months

Wow! 2 months already!! I can't believe it, you've changed so much in the past couple of months. I can't believe I'm going back to work soon. Luckily, I will be working for 4 days/week for a while so I will still get to spend 3 days/week with you and evenings. I wish we were more financially inclined and I could take my boss up on the 4 day work week at 80% pay offer, but for now we just have to stick to the regular weeks :(

Here's what you've been up to the past month:

You learned to sit in your Bumbo and do pretty good at it. Your little neck is getting incredibly strong for such a little girl!

You met your Great Grandpa and he was smitten by you and loved holding you

You went to church for the first time for the Christmas Eve service and there were live animals there. Those will be much more exciting for you in the years to come :)

You celebrated your fist Christmas and were spoiled by lots of family!
This pic of Bailey and my dad cracks me up! I think she smiled and he thought it was hilarious (apparently)
My parents and Bailey celebrating Christmas (on my dad's b-day, the 23rd)
in your Christmas outfit that wasn't very Christmasy

Celebrating with Chris's dad
Celebrating with Millie and Bumpa
We got some of your newborn pics developed and I modge podged them onto canvases and we created a little gallery of you! This is one of your favorite things to look at, you think you're just the cutest little baby ;)

We had a cheers with Great Grandpa before he left since he's kind of the reason behind your name. He loves Bailey's Irish Cream so that's why you're named Bailey - in honor of him. So we had a little toast of Bailey's with him and mommy made you a little shirt that says "I'll cheers to that!" which is also a saying he's know for.

You rang in the New Year with mom and dad at home and in bed...super exciting and I'm sure this will be the norm in the future years

Your monkeys love you lots...and they also love your toys/paci

You learned how to roll from your tummy to your back. The first time mommy saw it on NYE and then you wouldn't do it again until Jan 7 and mommy caught it on video

You got some rattles for your hands and feet and love them!

We gave you a bottle (with breast milk) to make sure you wouldn't have any problems with it and you don't seem to have any issues with where your milk comes from so that's good!

Cousin Claire feeding you

You got baptized with 35 other little munchkins and you were such a good little baby and didn't cry during the whole service (thank you!)

We had a little party back at our house afterwards

You cheered on your Vikings against Green Bay in hopes of them making it to the play-offs
Seriously, how could they lose when they had this little sweetheart cheering them on??

Unfortunately, your cuteness just wasn't enough and they lost...and you cried about it all.night.long :( Get used to it little MN sports fan, many disappointments in your future

Daddy will teach you coping mechanisms, he's got a few years of this under his belt!

Mom and dad splurged on a new little activity set for you and you're in love with it! You like to swing your little arms and kick your little feet (sometimes all 4 extremities at once!)

You like to drool and blow bubbles...a lot!

We thought you were getting your first teeth, but the doctor confirmed today that they aren't teeth just some inclusion cysts (which are harmless)

You slept through the night (10pm - 6am) for the first time on Jan 11-12! We loved it!!

Mommy's going to miss these morning snuggle sessions when she goes back to work :(

You went to your first birthday party and helped your friend Maylie celebrate her 1st birthday! You and her will grow to be buds at the cabin I'm sure!
Seriously, the cutest baby I've seen turn 1! She was smiling sooo much and bobbing her head to the music that was playing OMG
Other things to note

Height: 22"

Weight: 10lbs 2.5oz

Head: 15.25"

Places you've been: the only place new this month is church and you were good at each service

Doctor's Appointments: You had an appointment on Jan 15 (exactly 2 months) and got 4 vaccinations. You cried and screamed a little but immediately stopped when daddy picked you up and held you. Daddy and mommy both said on the way out that it went better than we thought it would.

Daycare: Sad, to even have to write about this...but we met with a very nice lady last weekend who I'm pretty confident is going to be taking care of you starting in March (we still have to let her know and hopefully she still wants to watch you ;)). She loved you so much and has a ton of experience with kids (she has 4 herself 12 and younger). All of her references could not say enough good things about her so I feel very comfortable leaving you in her care.

Sleeping: Mostly you do pretty well, but sometimes you are a stinker and don't want to go down for the night. We're still working on getting a better schedule for when mommy goes back to work.

Eating: Still doing great and are eating more now. Mommy has built up a little stash of milk in the freezer for you. You're also fine with taking a bottle which has been nice in the middle of the night sometimes :)

Clothing: You're at an in between stage. You still wear newborn onesies and you switch between newborn and 0-3 month pants.

Diapers: You are wearing size 1 diapers. We haven't started the cloth diapers yet since they are practically as big as your entire body. We bought a large pack of diapers the other week and we're hoping once that pack is gone, we can start the cloth diapers.

Things you like: talking to mommy and daddy in the morning (so freakin cute!), ceiling fans, mommy's crazy songs she sings you, sitting in the bumbo and looking around, watching sports with daddy, watching food network with mommy, your new play gym thing, bath time, your monkeys, bouncing on mommy's exercise ball (somebody's getting use out of it at least!), the hair dryer is calming to you, looking at yourself and mommy in the mirror

On your way to your doctor's appt this morning

Little Miss Bailey Bear,
Mommy and Daddy love you soooo much. There isn't a day that goes by that we aren't laughing with you, smiling at you, have tears streaming down our cheeks because of your preciousness (well, me anyways) and loving your happy little face. Please don't ever stop doing that! Daddy has said so many times that he didn't think he could love anything as much as he loves you (besides me, of course :))  and its so true. I'm going to miss hanging out with you all day, but now daddy gets to do that for a bit until he starts getting busy and all of this stupid white stuff melts away. You have changed so much in two months and are going to keep on getting bigger and stronger and funnier. I'm looking forward to this summer and playing with you outside and maybe we can even take that stroller out for a few walks!

**sorry for the formatting, I've spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to fix it and it still looks like crap on my computer...no clue what's up!

Weekend Recap

Another weekend here and gone...

Friday: Hubby worked all day and night so that left me and Bailey to do our own thing :) We went shopping at a few different places gathering some supplies for her big party on Saturday (Baptism after party). When I got home, I got to work prepping some food and decorating some cookies I made for her baptism. I kind of anticipated them turning out a little better than they did, but they tasted yummy so I guess that's probably what matters the most :)

Bailey woke up mid-cookie decorating and was pretty needy so I wasn't able to get a ton of other stuff done (which I really need to do!). Once Chris got home from work, he was able to watch her for a bit and then I started stashing our clutter in closets and drawers cleaning the house up. We all settled in for a bit of TV and then off to bed we went.

Saturday: I woke up around 4 since Bailey was moving around a little bit in her rocker (that is on my side of the bed) and she finally woke up at 5 needing to be fed. I went downstairs and fed her and knew she wasn't going back to sleep so I just stayed down there with her and cuddled. She finally fell asleep around 6 so I snuggled her some more and checked out pinterest and blogs. Around 7 I went upstairs and started getting ready since we needed to be leaving the house around 9. For some reason, no matter how much time I leave myself I'm pretty much always rushing out the door to be on time, which was the case Saturday morning. There were 36 kids baptized with Bailey on Saturday morning and around 300 people there - INSANE! I enjoyed the baptism, but honestly wish it would've been a bit smaller session, oh well. Here are some pics from the baptism.

After the baptism we had a little lunch at our place. I made chicken wild rice soup, a veggie tray, breadsticks, cookies and picked up some spiral deli things from the freezer section. Nothing fancy pants!

Cousin Max - he is at such a fun stage and cracks us up!

Bailey and Nana - Love this picture!!
My precious little girl.
Side note - my mom didn't save a ton of my stuff from when I was a kid, but the little dress that Bailey is wearing was mine from when I was baptized. I'm happy that she saved that because it's a great thing to be able to re-use for my kid(s). And, of course, Bailey looked adorable in it :)

After the party was over, Bailey insisted that we change her into some Vikings gear! Chris and I had fun doing a little photo-op of her.
Direct quotes from when we were taking these pics
"I swear she is getting cuter by the second"
"We are so screwed, we won't ever be able to say no to her"

After the game was over, there was a little bit lot of this....
Poor Bailey (and daddy)

She was distraught for the rest of the evening and I think it even carried over to Sunday. Poor thing has a whole lot of this to look forward to growing up in MN. Maybe I should convince her to back a different team?? Nah, I'd probably be removed from my in-law's family and they're a pretty cool group of people :)

Sunday: One of my goals/resolutions for the New Year is to go to church once/month. We're more of the holiday church goers crowd. My hubby used to be much better at going to church and then we moved to Savage and his church was about 20 minutes away and I was not good at going with him. The church he/we go to is an amazing church and everyone I know that has gone there loves it! Chris asked if I wanted to go this morning and I said yes (keeping my goal in mind, which I had told him about the other day). I shouldn't even be surprised that the church was packed and overflowing with people. We were in the nose bleed section since we pretty much arrived at 11 (running late as usual). This church always incorporates fun elements into the sermon and today the pastor literally drove a Ferrari out on the stage. Here is my craptastic pic from the nose bleed section

Pretty sure a lot of the men that were at service today were there to see the car, but they also heard a great message while they were there :)

After church we hit up Old Chicago and used one of our gift cards we have for there. Of course, we are still devastated over the loss of the nachos on there menu. Such a tragedy! When we got home, I took a little nap on the couch while Bailey and my hubby watched some more football. This evening, I was able to squeeze in a run on the treadmill while watching some shows on the DVR.

I had a great weekend and am so thankful that we go to see our family!
J and W thank you so much for being Bailey's godparents, she is so incredibly lucky to have you guys (and her cousins!) in her life!
